Vintage Cambodian Cooking Pot on Crystal Base
Vintage heavy brass cake baking forms were standard kitchen equipment throughout Cambodia. The conical formed base created a domed cake top when inverted. These cakes were used for family and religious celebrations. It sits on an acrylic disk to best present the piece. In between celebrations, the vessel makes a beautiful presentation for local Cambodian floating water lilies.
