Refund policy

If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, SHOP by Interior Archaeology (SHOP) accept returns of select items within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund.  Please contact us for questions, or are in need of a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. 

All items must be in new or in the condition sold.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.  All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.  

Custom art, made-to-order items and markdown items (price in red) are a final sale and cannot be returned.

Customer shall be responsible for and prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to SHOP.  Neither replacement nor refund will be initiated until the returned product is received and inspected.  If the Customer returns a product without an RMA from SHOP beyond the 14 day period, SHOP retains the right to refuse delivery of the returned product.  If a Product is received without proper packaging, or without all parts, SHOP retains the right to charge customer for missing items.

Once product is received at SHOP and meets the requirements listed above, any refund will be issued to the original method of payment less the original shipping charge.  All products are subject to a restocking and inspection fee of 25% of original purchase price. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed following inspection.
