I’m lost and in this lost feeling I feel for the possibility to bring myself home to the present moment through breath, shape, and color. I offer myself a place to arrive in time with ease. I am here, not in the future or the past. I am here with this breath and with these shapes. I am here embodied in this moment. I am here because I am a willing participant and co-creator in my existence.
